Proximity Recruitment are searching for a talented Marketplace Ads Specialist to join a thriving global products business in Leighton Buzzard. The role sits in a flexible, ambitious & quality driven business & culture, and the position is hybrid - 3 days a week in the office, 2 from home.

Responsibilities include:

  • Campaign Execution (particularly Amazon Ads): Set up, build, and deploy paid campaigns from scratch.
  • Optimization: Monitor daily ad delivery and adjust targeting, copy, and creative assets to maximize efficiency (e.g., lower CPA or raise ROAS).
  • Data & Reporting: Track digital KPIs, compile performance dashboards, and present actionable insights to internal teams.
  • Budget Management: Oversee ad spend, pacing, and budget allocation across various campaigns.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with design and content teams to align ad formats with organic efforts and run A/B testing.
  • Market Research: Keep up to date with platform algorithms, privacy changes, and emerging digital trends.
