We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketplace Assistant to support Amazon SAFE-T (Seller Assurance for E-commerce Transactions) returns processing. The role involves reviewing return claims, entering and updating case information, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with return investigations to ensure compliance with Amazon policies and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update return claim information accurately in internal systems
- Review Amazon SAFE-T claims and supporting documentation
- Verify order details, return tracking, refunds, and reimbursement data
- Maintain organized digital records of claims and resolutions
- Identify discrepancies and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Communicate with internal teams regarding missing or incorrect information
- Prepare spreadsheets and reports related to return cases and claim status
- Ensure compliance with Amazon seller policies and company procedures
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and SAFE-T claims is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management systems
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential customer and transaction information
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, returns processing, or customer support
- Knowledge of Amazon reimbursement and return policies
- Experience handling high-volume data entry tasks
