Who we are:
White Stuff was established in 1985 through a simple idea. This idea grew and now we have shops and concessions in the UK and internationally, selling women’s and men’s clothing as well as beautiful accessories and homeware. Our original prints (all designed in house), intricate details and considered design touches reflect our personality and make us subtly distinctive. Our people are at the heart of our brand, constantly moving and driving us forward. We’re sociable, talented and like minded and we’re not hierarchical or political in how we do business. We encourage entrepreneurial ideas and accountability at all levels.
Who you are:
You will have a passion for product and digital trading, with a keen interest in how customers shop through global marketplaces. You’ll be commercially curious, highly organised and comfortable working at pace across multiple internal teams, marketplace partners and third-party service providers. A keen eye for detail, strong analytical thinking and clear communication will be essential.

- Review weekly marketplace budgets, forecasts and performance under the guidance of the Concessions Merchandiser.
- Support option planning, ranging and product selection by marketplace, territory and customer profile.

- Collate and produce weekly marketplace trade analysis covering sales, stock, sell-through, returns, margin, availability, product performance and key opportunities or risks.
- Lead weekly trade meetings with marketplace partners and relevant third parties, reviewing performance, previous actions, immediate priorities and longer-term opportunities.
- Build strong day-to-day relationships with marketplace contacts and third-party service providers, maintaining clear ownership, actions and escalation routes.
- Coordinate with third parties and internal teams to support product onboarding, listings, pricing, promotions, order flow, fulfilment and marketplace compliance.
- Manage the marketplace product enrichment critical path, working with Operations and third-party partners to resolve listing errors and improve time to online.
- Manage stock by marketplace to drive sell-through, full-price sales and profit, while monitoring returns and recommending corrective action.
- Manage despatch forecasts with the DC team, Operations, third-party partners and each marketplace.
- Monitor daily trading and operational performance, escalating data, stock, listing, fulfilment or compliance issues and following them through to resolution.
- Plan and manage marketplace promotions in line with the agreed commercial strategy, brand principles and partner calendars.
- Monitor marketplace account health, product rankings and visibility, making recommendations to improve performance.
- Share marketplace insights, customer trends and lessons learnt with the Merchandising team and wider leadership team to inform other channels.
- Support the onboarding of future marketplaces, including country and partner-specific product data, assortment, pricing, stock and operational requirements.
- Support the Concessions Merchandiser with a clear weekly marketplace update for the leadership team, highlighting performance, risks, opportunities and required actions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
