Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Core Pillars: Strategic Insight, Analytics, Consultancy, New Business
  • Deliver on-going strategic insights for key clients
  • Support delivery of Luzern Consultancy projects supported by Luzern subject experts and the strategy lead
  • In line with the above point, help to conduct category, brand & consumer reviews utilising our own proprietary data & technology and 3P tools. Delve into a brands performance and review their close competitors in detail to build context to support their current status.
  • Become a Luzern Compass expert, supporting internal teams and key clients with insight pulled directly from our tool.
  • Become an Amazon Marketing Cloud expert. Particularly with regards to the insights generated by our AMC section in Luzern Compass.
  • Occasionally, collaborate on New Business pitches, supporting strategic analysis & narrative.

Requirements

Skills and experience required

  • Strong foundational background through either professional or graduate experience in analytics (1yr Minimum)
  • The ability to continually review activity across retail, advertising and other aspects of clients' accounts and recognise the impact of efforts
  • The ability to interpret data and draw appropriate insights and actions and present these in a way that is easy to understand
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to develop and build on existing processes whilst working on projects
  • Able to work with all levels within an organisation
  • A good understanding of the digital landscape and ecosystem
  • Capable of working independently to deliver objectives
  • Has a desire to lead & develop client relationships
  • Able to understand client needs and translate these into appropriate data sets / analysis and outcomes
  • A track record of delivering and impacting growth
  • A team player, that can collaborate with, lead, organise and motivate a diverse group

  • Amazon experience or understanding of any of the below:
    • Amazon Vendor central
    • Amazon Seller Central
    • Amazon Advertising
    • Amazon Marketing Cloud
  • Experience analysing digital or ecommerce performance/brand data
  • Experience using SQL
