YOUR MISSION

The Marketplace Manager is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of all marketplace channels across the business. This role leads marketplace strategy, partner onboarding, commercial performance, and cross-functional execution to deliver against sales and EBIT targets. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the role ensures strong operational performance, profitable growth, and best-in-class marketplace execution. The position also plays a key role in identifying new business opportunities.

  • Develop and execute the multichannel marketplace business strategy existing and newly onboarded channels inline with the global framework
  • Lead the end-to-end management of key marketplace accounts, including Amazon and TikTok, with responsibility for account strategy, commercial performance, performance marketing, and trading calendar execution.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and SLAs with both new and existing partners to ensure commercially beneficial agreements.
  • Partner with Finance and the DTC Director to develop and manage P&L ownership across all marketplace channels, ensuring delivery against global EBIT targets.
  • Own the GSM upload process and business case approval workflows to drive global alignment and governance.
  • Lead end-to-end project management for marketplace launches, including:
    • Project planning and execution
    • Technical integrations with middleware providers
    • Coordination with eCommerce Operations, Merchandising, Content, IT, Finance, and Customer Service teams
  • Collaborate with Brand Partners and Merchandising teams to develop seasonal assortment and buy plans that deliver against KPIs and sales forecasts.
  • Work closely with Wholesale teams to ensure alignment across the broader go-to-market strategy and account planning.
  • Conduct weekly trading analysis across all marketplace channels, monitoring performance against key commercial KPIs and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Manage marketplace performance marketing investments, including:
    • ROAS performance
    • Campaign optimisation
    • Affiliate management
    • Profitable scaling strategies
  • Oversee promotional activity across marketplaces, including flash sales, deal events, sponsored products, and marketing activations.
  • Collaborate with global marketplace teams to share best practices, drive alignment, and support strategic initiatives.
  • Support and lead ad hoc commercial and strategic projects as required.

YOUR TALENT

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Marketplaces or digital commerce.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing marketplace forecasting, margin, and KPIs.
  • Experience on Amazon & TikTok shop
  • Experience developing and scaling marketplace across multiple digital channels.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and trading mindset, with the ability to interpret performance data and drive actionable growth strategies.
  • Solid project management experience, including marketplace onboarding, cross-functional coordination, and operational execution.
  • Experience performance marketing, third-party partner management.
