Marketplace Content Executive
Central London - 1 day a week in office
About the brand
Our client is a well-established, globally recognised premium apparel brand with a loyal following and a strong reputation for quality, performance and design. Its products are sold internationally through its own channels and a wide network of retail and online partners.
It’s a business that takes its products, its people and its responsibilities seriously, and it’s investing significantly in its digital presence and in how the brand shows up online.
The opportunity
This is an exciting time to join a growing, digitally focused team. The Digital Partner team leads the channel strategy for the brand’s online pure-player accounts (retailers without physical stores). It works directly with major online marketplaces to deliver premium branded content and marketing activity.
As Marketplace Content Executive, you’ll play a hands-on role in making sure online shoppers see the brand at its best. You’ll help build, maintain and optimise product pages across leading marketplaces and keep catalogues accurate and inspiring. You’ll also support the commercial team in growing a fast-moving, high-priority sales channel.
It’s an ideal next step for someone with early eCommerce experience who wants to deepen their marketplace expertise inside a respected global brand, with real ownership, visible impact and room to grow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting day-to-day catalogue management for key marketplace partners such as Amazon and Zalando, using product content software to control how the brand appears to shoppers.
- Creating, updating and optimising product pages, acting on recommendations from content and performance tools to improve discoverability and conversion.
- Fixing on-site content issues quickly, such as broken size and colour variations, product title errors or incorrect categorisation.
- Running regular quality checks across the catalogue, spotting problems early and getting to the root cause so they don’t recur.
- Working alongside the Marketplace Manager to interpret weekly sales and performance reports and turn insight into action.
- Pulling accurate product information and assets from internal systems (PLM, ERP and digital asset management tools) so partners always receive correct, complete data.
- Helping to standardise how product data is mapped to each retailer’s attribute requirements.
- Suggesting process improvements that make uploads, checks and corrections faster and more reliable.
What you’ll bring
- Around 1-3 year’s experience in retail eCommerce, online merchandising or content operations. Marketplace experience is a real plus.
- A good understanding of how Amazon and/or Zalando work, or a strong appetite to learn them inside out.
- Confident Excel skills (lookups, filters, large data files) and general Microsoft Office knowledge.
- A basic understanding of wholesale and retail models, and of how sell-through, promotional and content data drive performance.
- Experience with PIM or feed-management software (e.g. ChannelAdvisor) is helpful but not essential, as full training is provided.
- A degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
