The Digital Partner Commerce (DPC) team at Helly Hansen is focused on enhancing the consumer experience for shoppers browsing our brands online through the websites of our wholesale partners. DPC leads the channel strategy for all online pureplayer accounts (e.g. without physical retail stores) and works directly with many to deliver high quality branded content and marketing activations.
This position is a vital role to ensure premium, accurate, and inspiring online representation of our brands via our digital partners’ platforms. You will be responsible for owning the product catalogues we list with each customer, creating, maintaining, and optimizing online product pages through a suite of software tools. As well as providing commercial and operational support to service this important sales channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Amazon, Zalando and Stadium catalogue management via product content software. You will be responsible for managing how our brands look to Marketplaces shoppers and in charge of the product content delivery process.
- Optimize Content based on recommendations from various tools.
- Provide support to correct any on-site content issues e.g. broken size/colour variations, product title errors, Amazon categorization errors.
- Proactively perform quality check of the catalogue, identify problems, deep dive to find the roots of the problem and solve it.
- Work with the Marketplace Manager to interpret and act on performance data within weekly Amazon sales reports.
- Create and optimise processes to make catalogue upload, quality check and correction more efficient.
- You will work with tools where our product information and assets are stored, including Centric PLM, M3, and Brandmaster, to ensure we are feeding correct data to our Digital Partners’ platforms.
- Standardise the delivery of product catalogue info to our Digital Partners using product content software to map internal product data to retailer attribute requirements.

Skills /Job Requirements
- Attention to Detail - Does not let important details slip through the cracks or derails a project.
- Organised and efficient - Great at planning, prioritising, organising, and multitasking.
- Adaptable - Able to jump between sectors and quickly gain a baseline understanding of new sectors we want to explore.
- Experience using Channel Advisor, TBone or another PIM Software will be a plus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Amazon, Zalando ecosystem.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, as well as general knowledge of Microsoft Office (comfortable with LookUps, working with large files).
Required Experience/Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years’ experience with retail eCommerce. Previous experience with marketplaces is a plus.
- Competent understanding of both wholesale and retail models.
- Good understanding of how to use sell-through data, promotional analysis, and content management.
- Bachelor’s degree educated with relevant work experience.
- Relevant sports/apparel category experience is a plus but not essential.
- Interested in the sports/lifestyle that HH is associated with - is a plus but not essential.
