Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketplace Coordinator to join the team. This role will play a key part in supporting the rapid scaling of the Debenhams marketplace, as well as assisting other marketplace (including Amazon, eBay & B&Q) storefront operations. Working closely with the Ecommerce and Marketplace teams to ensure product listings, catalogue data, and content updates are delivered accurately and on time.
Hours
- Full-time, 8:30am–5:00pm (5 days Monday to Friday)
Location
- Hybrid (Monday & Friday working from home)

Key Responsibilities
Debenhams and B&Q Marketplace
- Assist with the upload of new products to the Debenhams platform.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve product upload errors within the Mirakl platform.
- Carry out administrative tasks including editing product data, amending rejected listings, and reviewing new product submissions.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of product information, ensuring marketplace standards are met.

Amazon & eBay Marketplace
- Update creative content within the Amazon storefront, ensuring alignment with brand and marketplace guidelines.
- Optimise product titles, descriptions, and attributes to meet marketplace SEO and compliance requirements.
- Check orders daily in OPRA, ensuring they are processed without errors and investigating any issues.
Additional Responsibilities (as required)
- Resize product images for web use using Adobe Photoshop. (Training provided)
- Conduct pricing checks for sales or new products, ensuring accuracy against the relevant catalogue.
- Support ad-hoc marketplace and ecommerce admin tasks as business needs evolve.

Skills & Experience
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Basic product knowledge and the ability to interpret product attributes.
- Competency with Photoshop for simple image editing tasks (non-essential training provided).
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Confident using spreadsheets and online data entry tools. (no formula knowledge within excel required)
- Previous experience with marketplace platforms such as Mirakl, Amazon Seller Central, or eBay is preferred.
