Marketplace Executive

Are you commercially minded, customer focused and motivated to help grow an eCommerce business? Origin Suregreen Limited is looking for a Marketplace Executive to join our eCommerce team and help take our marketplace performance to the next level. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape how our products appear, perform and grow across key online channels, bringing fresh ideas and plenty of energy to a fast-moving part of the business.

This is a great role for an experienced eCommerce professional who knows their way around online marketplaces, has a sharp commercial eye and enjoys turning ideas and insights into results. You will be someone who is happy getting stuck into the detail, spotting opportunities others might miss and working with different teams to keep things moving and deliver a consistently strong customer experience.

The role will help grow sales across marketplaces including Amazon and eBay, find fresh ways to make our products stand out and make a real difference to the success of our landscaping and gardening range. From improving listings and supporting promotions to keeping an eye on performance and testing new ideas, you will have plenty of scope to make the role your own and see the impact of your work.

Role Overview

The Marketplace Executive will be responsible for growing the company’s online marketplace sales performance by ensuring products are accurately configured, effectively presented, competitively positioned and actively promoted to maximise marketplace presence.

This role requires a motivated and commercially aware individual who can manage marketplace content, listings and product data across relevant sales channels, working to optimise visibility, improve conversion and support promotional activity.

With an emphasis on continuous improvement, the Marketplace Executive will monitor performance, identify opportunities to enhance product presentation and marketplace configuration, and contribute to the overall goal of driving profitable sales growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
