Location: London

Department: Commercial / New Business

Reporting to: Head of New Business / Partnerships

Working pattern: Full-time, office-based

The Role

OMNES is looking for a commercially minded and highly organised Marketplace Executive to support the rapid growth of our UK and international marketplace business.

This is a hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day management, launch and trading of our marketplace partners. You will work across the business to make sure products are launched accurately and on time, stock and pricing are correct, trading opportunities are maximised and marketplace performance is closely monitored.

The role will suit someone who understands both the operational and commercial sides of marketplace trading and enjoys taking ownership and getting things done.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of OMNES marketplace accounts across the UK and international markets.
  • Support marketplaces including ASOS, Zalando, About You, Galeries Lafayette, La Redoute and other new partners as they are launched.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for marketplace partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with marketplace trading and operational teams.
  • Ensure all marketplace requirements, deadlines and SLAs are met.

New Marketplace Launches

  • Own the operational onboarding of new marketplace partners from signed agreement through to go-live.
  • Coordinate product set-up, imagery, copy, attributes, pricing, stock feeds and technical requirements.
  • Manage launch timelines and ensure internal teams are clear on responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Identify and resolve issues that could delay partner launches.
  • Work closely with internal and external technical teams on integrations and marketplace feeds.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
