About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic Marketplace Growth Manager to own the business performance of Trip.com's Attractions & Tours business across key ANT Europe Locales, particularly GB, Italy, Spain, and France.
This role goes beyond campaign execution. As the business owner of your assigned ANT Europe Locales, you will translate business objectives into actionable operating plans, drive execution across Operation, BD, IBU (International Marketing), and cross-business-line teams, and continuously optimize site performance to achieve sustainable revenue growth.
The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to independently drive complex initiatives across Operation, Product, Train, Hotel, and Flight teams in a fast-paced international environment.
In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Own commercial performance across key European markets, particularly the UK, Italy, Spain and France, with accountability for GMV, traffic, conversion and margin.
- Build alignment and influence priorities across Business Development, Marketing, Product, Operations and other Trip.com teams, securing the cross-functional support needed to achieve commercial goals.
- Translate regional objectives into focused market plans with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Use customer, competitor and performance insights to identify growth opportunities and operational bottlenecks.
- Lead seasonal promotions, major sales moments and Attractions & Tours campaigns across the Trip.com app and website.
- Coordinate on-site merchandising, search visibility, push notifications, email and other marketing channels.
- Manage campaigns end to end, from commercial planning and product readiness through to launch, analysis and optimisation.
- Partner with Business Development teams to define sourcing priorities based on customer demand, market trends and commercial potential.
- Improve product assortment, pricing, availability and merchandising across priority destinations.
- Identify supply and inventory gaps that could limit customer choice or commercial growth.
- Develop opportunities to cross-sell Attractions & Tours to customers booking flights, hotels and rail.
- Align Business Development, Marketing, Operations and other Trip.com teams around shared commercial priorities.
- Establish clear plans, timelines, ownership and success measures for cross-functional initiatives.
- Monitor performance through dashboards and regular business reviews, translating data into practical recommendations.
- Track competitor activity, customer behaviour and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Continuously improve operating processes and remove barriers to effective execution.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
