Job Description
Looking for a reliable and motivated person to support our online channel sales.
You will work with prepared products, approved photographs, and product information. Your role is to create accurate listings, communicate with customers, and help turn buyer interest into completed sales.
You do not need to find products or use your own money. Training, stock information, and clear working instructions will be provided by the business.
Main Responsibilities
- Post approved listings on assigned online marketplace accounts.
- Use only the approved photographs, titles, descriptions, and product information provided.
- Check that product details are correct.
- Respond to buyer questions quickly, clearly, and politely.
- Manage buyer offers within the price limits provided by management.
- Encourage suitable bundle purchases when customers are interested in more than one item.
- Keep live listings accurate and remove or update items when instructed.
- Monitor sold, pending, cancelled, and returned orders.
- Record all sales information accurately in the company tracker.
- Report listing problems, customer concerns, or order issues to management.
- Maintain a professional standard of customer service.
- Follow the business's marketplace rules and internal working procedures.

Experience
Previous experience with online marketplaces, fashion retail, sales, customer service, or e-commerce is helpful, but it is not essential. Full training will be provided.
