Lead Kingfisher's international marketplace growth strategy
Drive seller acquisition, cross-border trade and commercial growth across all marketplace banners. Build strategic partnerships, develop scalable growth capabilities and use market intelligence to identify and unlock new opportunities that increase marketplace performance and provide long-term competitive advantage.
What's the job?
- Define and deliver the international marketplace growth strategy, driving seller acquisition and GMV growth across multiple markets.
- Identify, attract and scale high-value international sellers, with a focus on expanding cross-border trade opportunities.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with sellers, marketplaces, service providers, logistics partners and commercial ecosystems that support growth.
- Develop and continuously improve the Group Marketplace Growth Engine, including lead generation, prospecting, qualification and commercial prioritisation.
- Use market intelligence, seller insights and commercial data to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Create frameworks that enable sellers to expand across multiple Kingfisher banners and markets.
- Lead initiatives that improve seller performance, engagement and monetisation opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Marketplace teams to deliver growth objectives.

What you'll bring
- Experience developing and delivering marketplace, e-commerce, digital platform or commercial growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of seller acquisition, marketplace economics, cross-border trade and growth levers.
- Proven ability to use data, market intelligence and commercial insight to identify opportunities and drive business decisions.
- Experience building and managing strategic partnerships that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align and engage colleagues across functions and geographies.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
