For over 150 years, Lyle & Scott has blended British heritage, quality craftsmanship, and timeless style to create a globally recognised fashion brand. Today, our digital channels play a vital role in our growth strategy, with marketplaces being one of our fastest-growing and most strategically important routes to consumers.

We are seeking an experienced Marketplace Manager to lead and accelerate performance across our marketplace business with key partners, including Zalando, ASOS, ABOUT YOU, and future international platforms.

This is a highly commercial role with significant visibility across the business. You will own marketplace trading strategy, performance, and partner relationships, identifying opportunities to grow revenue, improve profitability, and strengthen our brand presence across all marketplace channels.

You will collaborate closely with the Merchandising, Planning, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to maximise marketplace performance while ensuring a premium end customer experience and strong brand representation. This is an opportunity to shape and influence one of the most important growth channels within Lyle & Scott.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own marketplace revenue, profitability, and retailer partner growth targets.
  • Manage marketplace stock, pricing and product strategy across retailers and markets, identifying product opportunities and maximising sell-through.
  • Develop and execute domestic and global marketplace strategy.
  • Identify and launch new marketplace opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth while protecting profitability and brand positioning.
  • Build commercial plans aligned with broader digital and omnichannel objectives.
  • Lead weekly and monthly trading reviews, establishing best practice reporting.
  • Translate marketplace data into actionable commercial opportunities.
  • Monitor marketplace KPIs, including Revenue, Margin, Conversion and AOV.
  • Manage the marketplace promotional calendar and trading events, identifying opportunities to activate paid marketing across retailers.
  • Ensure marketplace product content is optimised, accurate, and commercially effective.
  • Act as the senior commercial contact for marketplace partners.
  • Develop strategic relationships with Zalando, ASOS, ABOUT YOU, and other key accounts.
  • Negotiate trading plans, funding opportunities, and commercial agreements.
  • Work closely with operations teams to improve fulfilment and customer experience.
  • Mentor and develop the Marketplace Executive.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
