THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re excited to be recruiting for a Marketplaces Manager to take ownership of our growing marketplace business across Katie Loxton and Joma Jewellery. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven marketplace expert who loves spotting opportunities, turning them into action and seeing the impact of their work.

You’ll play a key role in shaping our marketplace strategy as the business continues to grow, owning sales performance across our existing marketplace partners, including Amazon, while identifying and delivering opportunities to expand into new marketplaces and territories.

From ranging and trading to stock, content and promotional activity, you’ll make sure each marketplace is performing commercially and that we’re maximising the opportunities available across both brands. You’ll bring together teams across Ecommerce, Merchandising, Buying, Marketing, Operations and Finance around clear commercial priorities, ensuring our marketplace channels are set up to deliver profitable, sustainable growth.

You’ll also build strong relationships with our marketplace partners, working collaboratively to identify new opportunities and maximise the potential of each partnership.

A key part of the role will be shaping how our marketplace business develops as we grow — identifying the right platforms and territories, helping build the right operating model and developing commercial plans that unlock further growth for both brands.

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re commercially curious, highly organised and naturally proactive. You’ll enjoy working with data, getting into the detail of performance and identifying opportunities to drive growth. Most importantly, you’ll be excited by the chance to take ownership of a growing area of the business, helping shape our marketplace strategy and expand our presence across new channels and territories.

This role is Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. You'll enjoy the exciting buzz of our stunning Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire, spending an average of three days a week with the team, alongside the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days.

BEHIND THE BRANDS

We’re a family-run, entrepreneurial company with an exciting pace of life and a bright and friendly team. We are passionate about creating stunning products with a personal touch and innovating our business behind the scenes. We value creativity, collaboration and integrity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
