Marketplace Manager - Amazon & TikTok Shop
📍 Liverpool Street, London | Hybrid - 3 Days Per Week in the Office
💰 Up to £55,000 + Lucrative Performance Bonus
🛒 Own & Grow Two Key Marketplace Channels
🚫 No Visa Sponsorship Available
This isn't a marketplace role focused on keeping things ticking over.
You'll be responsible for growing two key sales channels - Amazon and TikTok Shop - with the opportunity to influence how both marketplaces perform and develop.
Amazon is already a significant revenue driver for the business, with a high-volume operation generating 10,000+ monthly orders. TikTok Shop is a newer but increasingly important channel, with significant potential for growth.
The business is looking for a Marketplace Manager who can take ownership of both channels, identify opportunities to increase sales and build the strategies, processes and trading activity needed to grow them.
You'll sit at the centre of marketplace performance, working across commercial, marketing, content and operations to improve revenue, conversion and visibility. There is also a performance bonus linked directly to commercial targets, meaning the impact you have on marketplace growth is reflected in your earning potential.
What You'll Be Doing
Your focus will be simple: grow Amazon and TikTok Shop.
You'll be responsible for:
- Owning day-to-day trading performance across Amazon and TikTok Shop
- Identifying opportunities to increase revenue, conversion and product visibility
- Managing Amazon across a high-volume operation generating 10,000+ monthly orders
- Developing and growing TikTok Shop as an increasingly important sales channel
- Optimising product listings, content, imagery, pricing and promotional activity
- Analysing marketplace performance and turning data into commercial actions
- Identifying opportunities to improve marketplace conversion and customer experience
- Planning and executing promotional activity across both channels
- Working closely with marketing, content, creative and operational teams
- Monitoring marketplace developments and identifying new opportunities for growth
- Helping shape the wider marketplace strategy as both channels develop

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You
You'll have a strong background in marketplace trading, particularly Amazon, and be comfortable being accountable for commercial performance.
You'll likely have:
- Strong Amazon Marketplace trading experience
- Experience managing a high-volume Amazon account
- Experience operating within an environment generating 10,000+ monthly orders
- Strong understanding of Amazon catalogue management, promotions and optimisation
- Experience using marketplace data to identify commercial opportunities
- A track record of improving sales, conversion or marketplace performance
- Strong commercial awareness and an ability to connect marketplace activity with wider business objectives
- An interest in TikTok Shop and the continued growth of social commerce
TikTok Shop experience would be a bonus, but it isn't essential. The key requirement is someone who understands how to grow a marketplace and wants the opportunity to apply that experience across two channels rather than simply managing one established operation.
