Marketplace Manager
Liverpool Street, London | 3 days per week in office | £50,000-£60,000 + Lucrative Bonus
A rapidly growing travel SIM business is looking for a Marketplace Manager to take ownership of its marketplace growth across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other online marketplaces.
This is a high-volume environment where pace matters. The business operates across multiple marketplaces, manages significant media investment, and is looking for someone who can take ownership of performance, move quickly, and turn data into commercial results.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing marketplace strategies across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other relevant platforms to drive sales, acquisition, and profitability.
- Taking ownership of marketplace performance, identifying opportunities, and acting quickly to improve results.
- Managing and optimising product listings, A+ Content, storefronts, SEO, and creative assets to improve visibility and conversion.
- Planning, managing, and optimising Amazon Ads, DSP, Prime Video, and TikTok Shop advertising campaigns.
- Managing significant media budgets and ensuring investment is delivering against acquisition, CPA, and ROI targets.
- Monitoring sales, rankings, campaign performance, and marketplace data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Owning marketplace seller accounts and ensuring day-to-day trading, stock availability, and campaigns run smoothly.
- Monitoring customer reviews and feedback and working to maintain a strong customer experience and brand reputation.
- Reporting on key marketplace KPIs including new acquisitions, CPA, ROAS, market share, and upper-funnel performance.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure marketplace activity is aligned with wider commercial objectives.

Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience managing Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other online marketplace accounts.
- A proven track record of growing sales and customer acquisition through marketplaces.
- Experience managing substantial marketplace media budgets, ideally £500k+ annually.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Ads, DSP, Prime Video, and TikTok Shop Ads.
- A strong understanding of Amazon SEO, ranking algorithms, promotional tools, and marketplace best practice.
- The analytical ability to interpret marketplace data and turn it into clear commercial actions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
- A hands-on approach and the confidence to take ownership rather than simply report on performance.

About the Role
This is an opportunity to join a growing consumer business where marketplaces are a key part of the commercial strategy, with genuine ownership across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and the wider marketplace ecosystem.
Location: Liverpool Street, London
Contract: 3 days per week in office
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 + Lucrative Bonus
