As our eCommerce business continues to grow, we're looking for a commercially driven Marketplace Manager to join our team and play a key role in accelerating marketplace growth.

This is a hands-on Marketplace Manager position for someone who understands that successful marketplace trading is about much more than simply maintaining listings.

Working closely with the Head of eCommerce, you will take ownership of day-to-day marketplace performance, with a particular focus on Amazon, while supporting growth across eBay, TikTok Shop and other marketplace channels.

You'll be responsible for driving sales, visibility, conversion and profitability through strong catalogue management, marketplace optimisation, promotional planning, competitor analysis and performance reporting.

If you're commercially minded, data-driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you can see the direct impact of your work, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Develop and execute promotional and seasonal trading plans, including Prime Day, Black Friday, Christmas and other key events.
  • Support new product launches from catalogue creation through to marketplace go-live.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
