Marketplace Sales Team Leader - EMEA
Location: London Hybrid (2 days onsite)
Contract: End of 2026 (strong chance of extension after)
Salary: £75k - £85k pa
We're partnering with a leading global technology platform to hire a Sales Team Leader to lead and develop a team of 9 Market Managers across EMEA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing marketplace business, leading a high-performing field sales team responsible for acquiring premium service providers and driving regional growth.
What you'll be doing
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 9 Market Managers across EMEA.
- Drive sales performance, KPIs and team targets through regular coaching and performance management.
- Ensure the team has a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Use CRM data and reporting to monitor performance, forecast results and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product and Operations to optimise lead generation, onboarding and sales processes.
- Help build a scalable, high-performing sales organisation across the region.

What we're looking for
- 8+ years' experience in Sales Leadership, Sales Operations or Commercial Leadership.
- Proven experience managing field sales or business development teams.
- Strong coaching, performance management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- A data-driven mindset with experience using sales metrics to improve team performance.
- Previous experience within a marketplace, platform or high-growth technology business is highly desirable.
