Join an established and growing fashion business with an exciting digital-first strategy and a strong focus on expanding its marketplace presence. Marketplace is currently one of the biggest growth areas for the business, offering the opportunity to play a key role in accelerating online sales and shaping the future marketplace strategy. While you’ll gain exposure to major platforms including ASOS, Amazon and Next, your primary focus will be Zalando, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Zalando expertise to take ownership of a high-growth channel.
About the Role
As marketplace trading & content manager, you will take ownership of Zalando marketplace trading, driving sales, visibility and conversion through effective commercial trading, campaign execution and content optimisation. You’ll monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, manage key trading moments and work closely with Buying, Merchandising, Operations and Marketing to maximise performance. You’ll also own the quality and accuracy of product listings, resolving issues such as suppressed products, missing information and poor categorisation. The role will involve managing key stakeholders and deputising for the head of marketplace trading & content when required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
