IN A NUTSHELL
Reporting to the Head of Marketplace the Marketplace Executive is a key role within the marketplace team and will be responsible for carrying out a lot of the day to day tasks and responsibilities. The role is primarily focused on Amazon where revenue is growing significantly and is a key part of the company’s growth strategy. Bulk is currently experiencing significant growth in the six marketplaces throughout Europe. This role will play a key part in supporting this growth and driving future growth initiatives on Amazon.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketplace professional looking to work in a fast-paced, fast-growing environment. You’ll be working with our world-class brand & creative teams to help take our Marketplaces to the next level.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Working with the marketplace team and Amazon counterparts to ensure our Amazon strategy is delivered.
- Proactively manage the Amazon catalogue in all markets, ensuring that images, copy and prices are correct at all times.
- Working with the Regulatory/Innovation teams to ensure our product portfolio is compliant and up to date.
- Assist with new country/marketplace launches.
- Liaise with Operations to ensure we’re meeting all Amazon Operations KPIs.
- Support the marketplace trading manager on day-to-day running of our Amazon Advertising campaigns and day-to-day running of all promotions.
- Support with the maintenance of all A+ pages and the launch of new content.
- Optimise product pages to ensure we have best-in-class content and maximise our organic reach.
- Proactively monitor product catalogue to ensure it’s regularly updated and new products are launched in a timely fashion.
- Make recommendations to the business on potential gaps in our product range based on activity across the various marketplaces.
- Produce regular reports for the marketplace team.
- Ad hoc tasks related to the Bulk business on Amazon.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Ideally with experience working with or knowledge of Amazon (using Vendor Central).
- Interest in developing a career within Digital marketing and ecommerce optimisation.
- Graduated with at least a 2:1, ideally in a related field such as business or marketing.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
- Analytical approach to work and comfortable working with large data sets.
- Detail-oriented with strong prioritisation skills.
- Interest in fitness / sports nutrition and additional languages would be advantageous.
