As WHOOP expands its global footprint, we are hiring a Marketplaces Lead to accelerate marketplace growth in the UK and EU. This individual will serve as a key regional marketing owner, responsible for executing digital campaigns, optimizing marketplace presence, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver performance across e-commerce platforms. You will play a vital role in ensuring WHOOP is positioned as the leading performance technology brand in the UK and EU.
This role is based in Ireland or the UK. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own regional marketing strategy and execution for key marketplaces across the UK and EU
- Localize global campaigns, manage media budgets, and collaborate with the Brand team to ensure creative relevance, cultural resonance, and compliance with marketplace standards
- Manage and optimize marketplace presence, including product detail pages (PDPs), brand stores, and merchandising strategies to maximize visibility and conversion
- Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback to drive continuous improvement in brand perception and engagement
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across search and display to achieve performance and efficiency goals
- Serve as the primary liaison for marketplace partners, distributors, and agencies, ensuring brand consistency and flawless execution
- Analyze marketing performance and marketplace trends, providing actionable insights to enhance conversion, engagement, and ROI
- Evaluate and develop new marketplace opportunities in collaboration with Sales to expand WHOOP’s regional footprint

QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-8 years of experience in digital or performance marketing within Amazon, e-commerce, retail, or consumer marketing
- Demonstrated success managing campaigns and product visibility across Amazon or comparable marketplaces
- Experience operating in multi-country, cross-functional environments, ideally within the UK and EU
- Strong project management and executional skills, with attention to detail and a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort aligning regional and global priorities
- Proficiency in using performance metrics to inform campaign optimization
- Fluency in additional European languages
- Passion for fitness, health, and technology
- Willingness to travel regionally up to 15%

Compensation
The WHOOP compensation philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent by offering competitive base salaries, meaningful equity, and consistent pay practices that reflect our mission and core values.
At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The base salary range for this full-time position, if based in the UK, is £69,000 - £102,000. If based in Germany, the base salary range is €77,000 - €116,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
