In this role, you will connect clients, sales teams, and internal partners to support a seamless onboarding experience across markets products. You will work in a fast-paced, global environment where strong communication, organization, and process discipline help us deliver for clients. As a Markets Transition Manager in Transition Management, you will coordinate client onboarding activities that help clients become ready to trade markets products.
You will work closely with clients, sales teams, and internal partners across reference data, know your customer, accounts, credit, legal, and operations processes. You will help track requests, communicate requirements, manage status updates, and support a controlled and transparent onboarding experience. You will also contribute to platform, automation, data, and metrics improvements that strengthen service delivery.
Job responsibilities
- Deliver an excellent client onboarding experience across a fast-paced, multi-asset class environment while adhering to control and transparency requirements.
- Field and track onboarding requests, requirements, status updates, and expected timeframes for clients and internal partners.
- Apply client, product, and process knowledge to answer questions and communicate clear onboarding steps.
- Coordinate with sales teams and internal partners across reference data, know your customer, accounts, credit, legal, and operations processes.
- Build strong working relationships that support a transparent, controlled, and efficient onboarding environment.
- Partner with technology, data, and operations teams to improve platforms, automation, reporting, and client onboarding metrics.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in a client-facing role within onboarding or a relevant business partner function.
- Knowledge of markets products, industry practices, onboarding platforms, and core controls.
- Strong client management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent project management, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of requests in a dynamic operating environment.
- Ability to navigate varied process flows and data sets while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Experience designing technology enhancements that improve client onboarding processes.
- Experience using business analytics, automation, or data management tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Working knowledge of tools such as Python, Alteryx, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
