Marketing Manager – Part Time

£50,000–£60,000 FTE + bonus + salary sacrifice car option

Looking for a senior marketing role with real responsibility — but not necessarily five full days a week?

We’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded Marketing Manager to take overall responsibility for UK marketing activities within an exciting and highly regulated healthcare/life sciences environment.

This is a genuinely part-time opportunity, offering flexibility around how the hours are worked:

  • 3 days per week
  • OR 5 days per week on reduced hours

There may also be the opportunity to work from home occasionally, by negotiation, depending on business requirements.

About the role

This is a broad and hands-on marketing position with the opportunity to make a real impact across both B2B and B2C channels.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering the annual marketing plan
  • Managing the marketing budget
  • Supporting the continued growth of the brand and business

The role spans strategic planning, digital marketing, content, eCommerce, events, stakeholder engagement, and regulated communications — so we’re looking for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable taking ownership.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across the wider organisation, as well as healthcare professionals, NHS Supply Chain, distributors, agencies, and other key partners.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and implement the annual UK marketing plan and manage delivery against budget
  • Lead B2B and B2C promotional activity, including healthcare professional communications and customer campaigns
  • Manage content calendars, e-shots, mailshots, and campaign performance
  • Oversee the UK website, digital content, and online activity
  • Work with agencies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads
  • Manage and develop eCommerce activity across Shopify and Amazon
  • Support conferences, events, and sponsorship activity, generating leads for the sales team
  • Coordinate marketing literature, advertising, and promotional materials with colleagues internationally
  • Support NHS tender and framework activity and relationships with NHS Supply Chain
  • Undertake competitor analysis and support UK market development
  • Build relationships with key healthcare and industry stakeholders
  • Ensure marketing activity complies with relevant regulatory and quality requirements, including ABPI, MDR, and ISO 9001
  • Produce engaging content, including blogs and professional interviews
  • Monitor campaign performance and use data and insight to improve results

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
