About the Role
Steadman Hub are supporting a leading HubSpot agency who are renowned for leading HubSpot implementation, complex data migrations, deep system integrations, and ongoing support retainers. They do vast amounts of work in the enterprise client space, with a steady flow of support projects in the SMB to mid-market world.
They are looking to expand their commercial team in the form of a Business Development Representative. You will either come from a HubSpot agency, SaaS background, or MarTech sales. You will be their outbound engine, dominating the top of the funnel - driving qualified leads into the Sales Manager & Directors. You'll learn their ICP and build multi-channel campaigns to bring on new business.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the outbound engine, devising strategies to reach their ICP and book meetings
- Experience across multiple outbound channels, incl cold calling, email, and social outreach
- Understand HubSpot & agency services to ensure meetings that are being booked are hitting the mark
- Lead initial qualifications meetings, probing into business challenges and broader system requirements and how HubSpot can fix that

Experience & Qualifications
- Background as a BDR in either agency sales, martech sales, or SaaS sales
- Strong technical understanding of tech to ensure meetings are qualified appropriately
- Motivated by driving an outbound approach & is happy to cold call potential clients
- Excellent ability to build rapport with possible new clients, you're their first touchpoint
