Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively across the business keeping abreast of technologies, vendors and emerging concepts and being able to bring these to life
  • Supports the team to understand their needs and demystifies technology answering what is and what isn’t feasible.
  • Work collaboratively to break down complex problems into actionable steps to drive Marketing strategy, innovation and development and understand the global strategic vision and releases comprised of minimal viable products and tactical user stories and applicability to Global Martech
  • Collaborate with teams to develop digital product strategy and programs for Marketing, envisioning, and delivering capabilities that enrich and enable new digital experiences.
  • Perform market and competitive analysis to inform Marketing innovations, actively guiding the Marketing teams around the vision and feature priorities for TwiningOvo.
  • Establish trusted relationships with key Marketing stakeholders and being a connected, influential player with Marketing Leadership.
  • Engage and motivate employees and resources with effective communication to promote a high performing, agile and focused team environment.
  • Envision a "Martech" architecture that aligns to TwO marketing needs and is regularly refined in line with new marketing requirements
  • Provision technology, including vendor research, request for proposals, and partnering with Procurement on vendor selection and contracts.
  • Manage vendors to ensure software roadmaps and delivery of features are completed based on agreed SLAs and pricing models.
  • Provide an understanding of cyber risks and data compliance, ABF security posture, processes and procedures to ensure compliance to ABF IT security and controls framework
  • Work with Biztech Architects, turn the Martech conceptual and logical models into physical architectures
  • Work closely with Marketing and IT Leaders to enable the global digital marketing product strategy, contributing to test and learns, KPI’s, and enabling maximum momentum globally.
  • Establish trade-offs between internal development and business partnerships, works with stakeholders for investment, product maintenance, product changes, forecasting and financials.
  • Perform customer follow-up and maintain healthy customer satisfaction scores.
  • Drive a strong focus on improving Marketing processes and deep expertise in data, algorithms, APIs, platforms automation, eco-systems.
  • Utilize digital metrics that focus on outcomes of initiatives rather than checking the box on projects delivered.
  • Deliver a clear roadmap for Martech across all markets, aligning gaps to specific vendors and technologies, determining the sequencing, working to establish actionable plans and supporting Delivery Leads, local markets, partners and vendors as they move into implementation
  • Maximize the value of the Marketing IT deliverables over its life cycle by defining and owning capabilities ROI, including budget and/or P&L and KPIs by initiative during planning, implementation and ramp up.

  • A minimum of 7 years experience in IT Marketing
  • Ability to inspire a team to act as a small business jointly accountable for Marketing
  • Experience in Agile and Agile methodologies as a team leader
  • Program Management / Delivery experience
  • Experience in systems integration
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and supporting Delivery Teams.
  • Experience as a change agent at multiple levels of an organization.
  • Experience with Global Marketing Strategy development, including visioning, road mapping, feature prioritization and go to market strategy.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration at all levels.
  • Experience in the organisational performance aspect of technology planning and execution
