Job Summary
Our team turns customer engagement strategy into scalable digital capabilities by combining data, automation, analytics, customer interaction platforms, and innovation to deliver measurable business impact. We are looking for a MarTech Developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, building scalable integrations, and delivering innovative customer engagement solutions in a fast-paced environment.
This role is responsible for designing, developing, integrating, testing, and supporting Oracle Eloqua solutions and related MarTech platforms delivered through the Agile product backlog. The position works closely with Product Owner and Technical Leads to implement scalable, reliable, and high-quality MarTech capabilities that support customer engagement and business processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain integrations between Oracle Eloqua, CRM, customer service, analytics, and other enterprise platforms using APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.
- Configure, develop, test, and troubleshoot marketing automation assets including campaigns, forms, landing pages, segmentation logic, lead scoring models, and customer journey workflows.
- Support the implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of customer engagement and interaction platforms, including solutions such as Genesys.
- Design and develop scalable technical solutions, reusable components, and standardized configurations that support global business processes across brands and regions.
- Evaluate, prototype, and implement new MarTech capabilities, Oracle Eloqua features, AI-enabled solutions, and emerging technologies to improve automation, scalability, and customer engagement outcomes.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve platform, integration, data synchronization, and campaign execution issues across the MarTech ecosystem.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, deployment validation, and technical documentation activities including solution designs, integration mappings, configuration guides, and support documentation.
- Collaborate with Product Owner, Architects, and Technical Leads to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions in accordance with sprint priorities and agreed development standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to support successful delivery of MarTech initiatives.

Basic Qualifications
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Owners, Architects, and technical teams to understand requirements, discuss technical solutions, and deliver prioritized backlog items.
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple technical assignments simultaneously while maintaining quality and adherence to standards.
- A valid work permit is required for applicants who are not EU Citizens.
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
- Remote or hybrid working arrangement within Europe, with occasional travel of up to 20%.
Key Competencies
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, Marketing Automation, CRM, Digital Marketing Operations, or a related field.
- Experience working with customer data platforms, integration middleware, cloud-based applications, and enterprise-scale marketing technology ecosystems.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Oracle Eloqua solutions including campaigns, forms, landing pages, segmentation, lead scoring, and program automation.
- 3+ years of experience designing and implementing system integrations between marketing, CRM, customer service, and analytics platforms.
- Working knowledge of APIs, web services, data flows, and integration technologies.
- Experience in customer data management, reporting, analytics, and dashboard development.
- Demonstrated interest in AI, automation, and emerging MarTech capabilities.
- Experience troubleshooting system integrations and platform configurations.
- Understanding of data models, relational databases, and data quality principles.
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams and supporting software development lifecycle activities.

Salary Range for Poland
8,260-13,560 PLN
