About WeDoCRM
As a specialist in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Marketing, WeDoCRM supports companies of all sizes to drive ROI from their customer database. Our agency is growing up quickly as more and more companies partner with us to deliver powerful CRM operations.
About the role
As a Martech Developer, you'll be responsible for the hands-on build, integration and maintenance of marketing technology stacks. You'll connect CRMs, marketing automation platforms, data warehouses and analytics tools so that data flows cleanly and campaigns run reliably. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving practical problems, cares about data quality, and likes seeing the direct commercial impact of what they build.
You'll work closely with strategists, marketers, analysts and client stakeholders — translating marketing requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
What you'll do
- Build, configure and maintain marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Braze, Klaviyo)
- Design and implement integrations between marketing tools, CRMs, data warehouses and third-party APIs
- Develop custom solutions: landing pages, forms, email templates, dynamic content, workflows and automations
- Implement and manage tracking, tagging and consent (e.g. Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking, data layer design)
- Ensure data quality, hygiene and governance across the stack, including deduplication, field mapping and sync logic
- Build and maintain data pipelines and syncs between systems (ETL/reverse-ETL, webhooks, batch and real-time)
- Support campaign delivery — segmentation, personalisation, A/B testing and deliverability
- Troubleshoot issues across platforms and integrations, and document solutions clearly
- Partner with strategists and analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Keep an eye on privacy and compliance (GDPR, PECR, consent management) in everything you build

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
