Martech Engineer
£45,000 - £55,000
Location: London or Brighton (2 days a week in office)

THE ROLE
As a Martech Engineer, you will build AI-powered tools, cloud-based data solutions, and automation products using GCP, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern AI frameworks.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Design, develop, and maintain marketing technology products, automation solutions, and AI-powered tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and build scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain API integrations, data pipelines, and cloud-based applications.
- Support the ongoing enhancement of proprietary products and internal platforms.
- Build secure, reliable, and reusable solutions using modern engineering practices.
- Contribute to technical architecture, innovation initiatives, and product strategy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across existing applications and tools.
- Work closely with technical and non-technical teams to deliver impactful projects.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Martech Engineer will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong commercial experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud technologies.
- Experience developing applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Knowledge of serverless architectures and modern software engineering practices.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI capabilities into products and workflows.
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to a range of stakeholders.
- Interest or exposure to digital marketing channels such as SEO, paid media, content, or analytics.

Desirable experience:
- ETL/ELT tools and data integration processes.
- BigQuery or other cloud data warehouse technologies.
- Data visualisation and dashboard development.
- Marketing technology, analytics, or data-focused environments.
BENEFITS
The successful Martech Engineer will receive the following benefits:
- Salary between £45,000 - £55,000 - depending on experience
