Martech Engineer
London, (Hybrid, 2 days in office) | Up to £55,000 + Benefits
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing technology and media solutions function where you'll build innovative data, automation, and AI-driven products that have a direct impact on client performance. You'll work across a varied project portfolio, combining modern engineering practices with emerging AI technologies to solve real business challenges.

The Role
You will join the Media Solutions team and play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining a range of proprietary tools and platforms.

Responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing scalable data, automation, and AI solutions
- Building API integrations and data pipelines across cloud environments
- Developing and maintaining internal and client-facing applications
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify challenges and deliver effective technical solutions
- Contributing to innovation strategy, tooling improvements, and best practices
- Supporting and enhancing existing products across SEO, content, paid media, and analytics
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across the product suite
- Working with modern AI frameworks to develop intelligent workflows and agent-based solutions
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Experience developing and maintaining serverless applications
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into products and workflows
- Knowledge of agentic frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or similar
- Exposure to front-end development frameworks such as React
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Experience working with digital marketing, analytics, or performance-focused environments is advantageous
- Additional experience with ETL/ELT processes, BigQuery, data warehouses, or data visualisation tools would be beneficial.
