Inizio Engage is seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our team as Mask Fit Testers, supporting an essential healthcare service that helps protect frontline workers.
Whether you're a Life Sciences graduate, Healthcare Professional, Medical Sales Representative, or someone with excellent customer service and communication skills, this is an exciting opportunity to use your expertise in a role that makes a real impact.
No previous Mask Fit Testing experience is required—comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and full support will be provided.
About the Role
As a Mask Fit Tester, you will work within healthcare settings, conducting qualitative face fit testing to ensure respiratory protective equipment (RPE) provides an effective seal for healthcare professionals.
You will play a key role in supporting infection prevention and maintaining the safety of healthcare staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Face Fit Testing in accordance with BSIF Fit2Fit standards.
- Deliver daily face fit testing clinics within healthcare environments.
- Ensure testing equipment is maintained, calibrated, and operating correctly.
- Clearly explain testing procedures and results to healthcare professionals.
- Accurately record testing outcomes and maintain documentation.
- Follow quality standards, operating procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Deliver an excellent service while managing a busy workload efficiently.
About You
We're looking for individuals who have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build rapport quickly with a wide range of people.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work calmly under pressure.
- A passion for delivering high-quality training and support.
- Some understanding of the NHS or healthcare environment (desirable).
- A genuine desire to make a positive difference.
