Masonry Repair Specialist
Location: Midlands.
Hours: Sub-contract.
Remote working: On-site only.
Salary: Good rates of pay, depending on experience.
About the Role
Allbritain Construction offers specialist solutions for the repair of masonry structures, including the installation of wall ties and a unique system of Helifix bar, helical piles for foundations and stabilisation. We're looking for outstanding individuals across the Midlands seeking a challenging and rewarding career as a Masonry Repair Specialist. You must have experience working with Masonry Structural Repairs. These include Helifx helical bar or equivalent and retrofit remedial wall ties.

As a Masonry Repair Specialist, you'll undergo extensive training learning our whole system of specialist repairs, so you can take responsibility for repairing and maintaining the nation's homes, heritage structures and infrastructure. You'll interact with customers day to day while installing Allbritain's specialist masonry repair solutions.
Ideally You'll Already Have:
- A high level of knowledge of construction, structures and building techniques.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good computer skills.
- CSCS Card.
- Practical skills and ability.
- Organisational skills.
- Leadership qualities.
- Full, clean driving licence with experience driving various vehicles.

What Can Allbritain Offer You?
An extensive training scheme comprehensively covering both theoretical and practical aspects of structural repair, engineering principles, construction methods, materials analysis, geotechnics and specialist piling techniques. You may also work towards Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) and other relevant courses, with a rewarding career path and varied work.
Must be willing to work away from home to support other areas on larger projects. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our head office at their own cost; travel to sites will be by company vehicle.
