An exciting opportunity has opened for a Hertfordshire based, head office position. We are seeking a results-led Global Spa Therapist to elevate performance across our international spa partners through exceptional treatment demonstration delivery, education, protocol mastery, and brand representation. This role involves international travel to support luxury hospitality accounts, ensuring every AMRA experience is delivered with consistency, precision, and distinction.

You will act as brand presence, deliver demonstration treatments, lead launch activations that showcase AMRA’s science-led formulations and refined British heritage.

The Role

You will:

  • Deliver high standard treatment demonstrations
  • Be trained to deliver in-person and virtual training to spa partners across the UK, Europe, Middle East, US and other key markets.
  • Support the development of AMRA treatment protocols, including consultation standards, sequencing, and finishing excellence.
  • Support new account onboarding, menu integration, and therapist certification.
  • Deliver signature AMRA treatments for VIPs, media, and partner events when required.
  • Drive in-spa performance through coaching on guest experience, treatment results, and retail recommendations.
  • Maintain impeccable brand presentation across training materials, treatment set-up, and partner communications.
  • International travel

About You

You’re an experienced luxury spa therapist ready to step into a progression growing role who is calm, credible, and highly organised, with a natural ability to lead a room and elevate standards.

You’ll likely have:

  • 2- 3 years’ experience delivering high-end treatments within luxury spa/hotel environment.
  • Proven confidence in delivering treatments to an exceptionally high standard
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy & Level 3 in Anatomy & Physiology - Please note this is required to be at an high industry standard
  • A valid passport (and driving licence preferred)
