CLINIC4SPORT - Sports Injury Clinic is a medical practice based in London and provides massages for multi-mass participation events. Team members collaborate closely with clients to support recovery, prevent future injury, and enhance overall wellbeing.
We are looking for massage therapists to provide short post sports massages at the event below:
MANCHESTER HALF MARATHON 2026
- Date: Sun 4th Oct 2026
- Times: 9am-4pm
- Location: Old Trafford Cricket Ground, Manchester M16 0PX
- Equipment required: Portable Massage Table/Massage Oil/Sanitizing wipes
Role Description
This temporary on-site Massage Therapist role is based in Manchester and focuses on providing high-quality therapeutic massage services to clients of the sports injury clinic. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Assessing client needs
- Delivering body massage and specialized techniques to support injury recovery, reduce muscular tension, and aid stress management
- Maintaining accurate treatment records
- Ensuring a clean and safe working environment
- Communicating clearly with clients about treatment plans and self-care

The Massage Therapist will also:
- Work closely with other clinicians to support integrated care
- Provide professional, respectful customer service throughout each client interaction
Qualifications:
- Massage therapy qualification and insurance
- Ability to deliver effective sports massage techniques tailored to individual client needs
- Competence in manual therapies to support sports injury rehabilitation and overall wellbeing
- Strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication, empathy, and professional client care
- Recognized massage therapy qualification or certification, with appropriate professional registration where required
- Experience working in sports, musculoskeletal, or clinical environments is highly beneficial
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and follow clinical protocols
- Flexibility to work a temporary schedule and adapt to the needs of a busy sports event day
