Bath & Racquets Club | The Birley Clubs
Part Time - 2 days per week
Working pattern: Fridays, 12:00pm–8:45pm, and Saturdays, 10:00am–7:00pm. Some flexibility will also be required to support the wider team with cover when needed.
We are looking for an experienced and personable Massage Therapist to join the team at the renowned Bath & Racquets Club, part of The Birley Clubs.
Steeped in sporting heritage and located in the heart of Mayfair, Bath & Racquets Club has long been a destination for Members who value outstanding facilities, exceptional service and a vibrant social community. We are looking for a skilled therapist who can complement our wellness offering and deliver an exceptional experience to our Members.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled therapist who takes pride in delivering an exceptional and highly personalised service. Our Members expect the very highest standards, so we are looking for someone who combines excellent technical ability with warmth, professionalism and discretion.
You will provide high-quality massage treatments to our Members, with a particular focus on deep tissue massage, adapting each treatment to the individual needs and preferences of the client.

As many of our Members visit regularly, an important part of the role is developing strong, long-term relationships and creating an experience that encourages Members to return.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional deep tissue and therapeutic massage treatments
- Consulting with members to understand their individual needs, preferences and any areas of concern
- Tailoring treatments appropriately to each client
- Building trusted and professional relationships with members
- Maintaining the highest standards of discretion, professionalism and confidentiality
- Ensuring treatment areas are maintained to an impeccable standard
- Working closely with the wider Club team to provide a seamless member experience
- Representing the Club and its standards at all times
We are looking for someone who is:
- Fully qualified and experienced in massage therapy
- Highly confident and experienced in deep tissue massage
- Warm, personable and naturally able to build rapport with clients
- Professional, discreet and comfortable working within an exclusive private members’ environment
- Attentive and able to tailor treatments to individual client requirements
- Reliable, well-presented and committed to exceptional standards
- Passionate about creating long-term client relationships rather than simply delivering one-off treatments

Previous experience within a luxury hotel, spa, private members’ club or premium wellness environment would be highly desirable.
