How you could help us to Enchant the World with Chocolate

We are looking to hire a Master Chocolatier to join our highly experienced team of Master Chocolatiers at our Flagship Store in the iconic location that is Piccadilly. This store is a "chocolate heaven" flagship store as well as an immersive experience. Here you will be guided, work alongside and learn everything there is to know about Chocolate from our Master Chocolatiers. As a genuine ambassador for the brand, you will help to drive instore sales by personalising our chocolate in store, in front of customers. You will spread your passion and expertise by advising customers and building their loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Temper chocolate and prepare in-store custom chocolate products for consumers daily
  • Take care of the Maître counter and check product freshness
  • Ensure and comply with all Food Health and Safety and Quality requirements
  • Create an exclusive experience to demonstrate the art of chocolate making at Lindt
  • Explain the Lindt exclusivity and highlight our expertise
  • Serve as a primary contact for retail store staff in addressing product-related questions and concerns; ensure important issues are escalated and addressed in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Participate in demos and optimize selling opportunities, sales presence and consistency through education and the modelling of effective sales methods
  • Differentiate Lindt from the competition through in-store store presence, unique product knowledge and added "cache"
  • Responsible for explaining Quality control processes to the consumer; explain what differentiates Lindt's quality standards from the competition

What experience you will bring

  • Strong passion for premium chocolate and great attention to detail
  • Some experience working with Chocolate / Confectionery but a passion to learn all things chocolate from our Master Chocolatiers
  • Completion of Baking and Pastry Arts program would be ideal but not essential
  • Previous experience in CPG industry, preference for Retail or Foodservice

How you will be rewarded financially

For the position of Master Chocolatier, the salary range is £36,000 - £40,000. In addition, you will receive a benefits package including; bonus, pension, life cover, chocolate allowance; chocolate give-aways, chocolate discount, £100 a year personal development allowance, birthday day off and so much more!
