Master Data Administrator

12 months FTC
Working Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 4pm

About The Role
The Master Data Administrator is responsible for the accurate creation, maintenance, and updating of product and material data within SAP S/4HANA. Working within the Technical Team, the role ensures all product specifications, recipes, packaging details, and related master data are entered correctly to support manufacturing, planning, procurement, and customer requirements.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain product, material, recipe, packaging, and BOM master data within SAP S/4HANA.
- Process master data requests accurately and within agreed timelines to support business operations and product launches.
- Validate information received from Technical, Production, Procurement, and Planning teams before system entry.
- Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation in line with company procedures and audit requirements.
- Identify and correct data errors, supporting regular data cleansing and quality improvement activities.
- Provide administrative support and basic reporting to ensure accurate master data is available across the business.

About You
- Previous administration or data entry experience.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience using SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems is desirable.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment is advantageous
