Master Data Coordinator

Role: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Fawdon, Newcastle upon Tyne

Salary: Competitive + bonus + benefits

The Role:

Reporting to the Sales & Operations Planning Manager you will ensure that Master Data is maintained accurately and in a timely manner that supports planning and production requirements

Specific Job Responsibilities:

  • Creation and maintenance of new component items and Bills of Material
  • Coordinate creation/ transfer of material codes on SAP
  • Check BOMs for validity and update accordingly
  • Create site specific packaging requirements for Fawdon site SKU’s
  • Coordinate regulatory artwork updates for the Fawdon site SKU’s
  • Raise Change Control documentation, as appropriate
  • Maintain and update SOPs
  • Support any other reasonable tasks deemed appropriate

The Person:

  • Experience of MS office applications
  • Experience of record management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Conscientious and detail focused
  • Methodical and organized, with excellent planning skills
  • Proven record of diligence, accuracy and productivity in the workplace
  • Proven ability to learn and understand systems
  • Ability to be self-motivated and to work as part of a team
  • Relevant experience within a manufacturing or packaging environment
  • Knowledge of the supply chain management practices
  • Knowledge of SAP
