Location: Northampton – Hybrid
Job Length: 12 Month FTC – Full Time (35 hours)

Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, poppi, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.

About the role:
We are now recruiting for a Master Data Executive which is responsible for the timely and accurate creation of all material master data and associated functional data, in fulfilment of the New Product Development (NPD) strategy for Carlsberg Britvic and 3PB. This role supports the Master Data Team Leader in the management of the E2E process ensuring all SLA’s and customer requirements are met.
Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full material product lifecycle from creation, during the trading period, through to SKU delist – with a large scope of data such as all finished goods, packaging/ raw materials and various miscellaneous traded goods.
- Coordinate and complete cross functional data across the production and planning functions to allow the movement of goods as needed.
- Responsible for the coordination of all SAP data inputs required to produce Cost of Goods (COGS) on all relevant material types, facilitating reviews and the approval of COGS by ISC and handover of approved COGS to the commercial business.
- To ensure all requirements are efficiently communicated and commercial data is created in a timely manner (including customer listings and sales pricing).
- To align with all external logistics partners in the creation of relevant finished goods and traded goods.
- Ensuring all master data processes are documented and stored sufficiently.
- To inform and coordinate the onward creation of all finished goods in associated sales systems.
- Responsible for coordinating the set-up and maintenance of all 3-B vendors and the maintenance and provision of all customer data requirements, (including Product Profiles, Waste Packaging information and Allergy data).
- Accountable for the quality and accuracy of all material and associated cross functional master data. SPOC for the resolution of all master data related impacts to the operation and raising and resolution of all master data/DSP related incidents.

Experience and Key Attributes:
- Previous experience in a similar role and a full understanding of the importance of high-quality data
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively with both internal and external colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, while maintaining excellent attention to detail, adhering to internal standards
- Previous SAP experience and workflow-based applications is preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
- Proactive, customer orientated approach
- Self-learner and ability to manage own development
