Master Data Manager / Data Governance – MDM, Transformation
£95K - £105K + Bonus + Bens + Flexible working (Remote / Hybrid)
A leading FS firm at the start of a major finance transformation programme are looking for someone to take ownership of the MDM work stream which includes implementing their MDM platform.
Previous MDM implementation experience is essential and strong communication skills with the ability to influence are a must.

The role is responsible for a small team and is very hands-on. This role will suit someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, governance and business enablement.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience leading Master Data Management, Data Quality or Data Governance initiatives
- Previous experience of implementing an MDM platform – vendor agnostic, (Informatica, Profisee, Semarchy or Stibo).
- Strong understanding of data modelling, integration and data quality principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical domains.
- Experience designing and implementing data governance frameworks.
- FS domain experience would be a bonus.
