Master Fitter
The Master Fitter is responsible for both custom fitting golf clubs to customer specifications while providing high quality customer service and the identifying, opening, training, and providing excellent service to Green Grass accounts.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer experiences by properly custom-fitting potential customers, ensuring the best possible equipment for them.
- Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude by listening, understanding, and responding to customer needs, offering creative solutions.
- Gather, input, and report customer-based data.
- Provide excellent follow-up to potential customers in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills with team members.
- Increase revenue and profitability while meeting deadlines and maintaining an organized work approach.
- Maintain and enhance the PXG brand image while achieving sales and KPI targets, both through our DTC Mobile channel and Green Grass Account Program.
- Identify potential Green Grass partners.
- Open and train these Green Grass accounts.
- Sell in products and conduct fitting events for them in collaboration with the Inside Sales Representative.
- Perform general maintenance and growth activities for these accounts.
- Manage and organize daily/weekly schedules in conjunction with team members to maximize revenue and efficiency.
- Input daily customer orders accurately and track all orders to delivery.
- Manage monthly product inventory.
- Demonstrate superior product knowledge.

Experience and Education Preferred
- Prior experience in golf retail sales and customer service.
- Prior club fitting/building experience.

Skills Required

This is a field-based role covering a large geographical territory. Frequent travel, including early starts, overnight stays, and occasional weekend events, is an essential part of the position. Candidates should be comfortable spending the majority of their working week travelling to customers, partners, and fitting locations.
Essential
- Must possess a Full UK Driving Licence.
- Must live within a commutable distance to the PXG fitting hubs.
