Location: London (UK) or Rouen (France)

How You’ll Make an Impact:

As a Master Planner Europe, you will develop and manage a consented 12-week Supply Master Plan that aligns with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) production, supply, and inventory plans. You will collaborate across functions to balance demand and supply while ensuring execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Balance supply and demand for master production schedule key items within the 0-12 week horizon.
  • Drive alignment between the Master Plan, manufacturing requirements, procurement activities, and S&OP plans.
  • Identify, communicate, and resolve supply and demand imbalances to maintain continuity of supply.
  • Lead supply discussions during Sales and Operations Execution meetings and support risk mitigation activities.
  • Monitor schedule-to-plan performance and perform root cause analysis on planning deviations.
  • Own planning master data, including lot sizes, lead times, material availability settings, and safety stock inputs.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment on inventory strategies and finished goods stocking policies.
  • Collaborate with demand controllers, production teams, procurement, and commercial stakeholders to respond to market changes.

Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning or scheduling within a chemical or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working in a mature S&OP and Sales & Operations Execution environment.
  • Knowledge of Kinaxis, SAP, or equivalent planning systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English and French.

Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward

  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
  • Experience in inventory management, production scheduling, or manufacturing operations.
