Duties:
Production Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules aligned with customer demand and capacity
- Monitor production progress and adjust plans to meet delivery deadlines and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Coordinate with materials, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely material availability
Inventory & Materials Management
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimise excess
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to manage material flow and reduce shortages
Data Analysis & Reporting

- Analyse production data to identify inefficiencies, trends and improvement opportunities
- Generate and present reports to senior management with actionable insights
Hours: 37 hours (4.5 days per week) Mon-Thurs (7.30am to 4pm) and Friday (7.30am - 12.30pm)
Required skills & experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment
- Strong proficiency in MRP/ERP system
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
