We’re expanding our team and are looking for a Master Technician who enjoys problem-solving, values quality, and wants to work in a supportive environment.
Salary & Hours
- Basic salary: £38,650 – £47,780 (depending on skills and experience) and an additional over-performance bonus opportunity
- Hours: 42-hour working week and no weekend working.
- We’re also offering a £3000 sign-on bonus. You’ll receive £1,500 when you join us and an additional £1,500 in month 13 of your employment.
About The Role
As a Master Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering a positive and trusted experience for our customers and colleagues alike. You’ll be the technical expert within the workshop, carrying out advanced diagnostics, servicing, and repair work, while supporting others to work efficiently and confidently.
Your Day-to-day Will Include
- Diagnosing complex vehicle faults and completing high-quality repairs
- Using your technical knowledge to support efficient workshop processes
- Working collaboratively with Service Advisors, customers, and management
- Supporting and mentoring Apprentice Technicians, sharing knowledge at a pace that works for everyone
- Taking pride in quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes

What We’re Looking For
- A recognised Automotive qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
- Your own set of tools
- A full UK driving licence
