The Mastercard Foundation has announced the opening of applications for its 2026 Associates Program, a prestigious one-year paid internship initiative targeted at young African graduates, with a special call to eligible Nigerians.

Program Details
Successful applicants will be placed with carefully selected host organisations where they will work for 12 months. Participants will receive a monthly stipend ranging from $200 to $300 throughout the duration of the program.
This initiative aims to equip young talents with practical skills, professional exposure, and networks that will enhance their long-term career prospects.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Mastercard Foundation Associates Program 2026, applicants must:
- Be a young Nigerian graduate
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
- Demonstrate strong potential and a commitment to professional growth
Note that being a Mastercard Foundation alumnus is optional and not a mandatory requirement.
