If so, step into the action as a Match Day Assistant with our Ticketing and Customer Support teams, and help us deliver unforgettable experiences at our stadium’s biggest events — from thrilling rugby clashes to sold-out concerts and everything in between!

This is a zero-hours, flexible position, perfect for those looking to earn extra money, gain event experience, or be part of something energetic and fun.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Helping guests with mobile ticketing and app queries, and resolving any ticket issues
  • Accessibility and re-seating support to support customers needs
  • Answering customer enquiries and providing helpful information
  • Guiding guests around the stadium
