The Role

We are looking for a number of Matchday and Events Assistants on a casual basis. Reporting into the Supporter Experience team, this role will support the execution of our Women’s and Men’s fixtures and key activations at Emirates Stadium, ensuring an outstanding matchday atmosphere and positive supporter experience.

Who we are

We are one of the most famous clubs in world football, with a rich heritage and history of success – read more about our history, here.

Beyond that, we are passionate about our local community and, behind the scenes, we have a wide variety of opportunities and career paths for all. We have a very defined purpose: to act for a winning team, culture and community. We achieve this by ensuring we are courageous in the pursuit of progress, we champion our community and each other, and that we do the right thing (even when no one is looking).

Our Commitment to Safeguarding

We are committed to ensuring that our environments for children, young people and adults at risk remain safe and inclusive. We therefore require successful candidates to complete a DBS check and other essential background checks prior to starting their employment. Depending on the responsibilities of the role, a DBS will be either a basic, standard, or enhanced check.

Your day-to-day

  • Support with scheduling and matchday operations - you will work alongside various matchday teams to ensure successful delivery of all matchday operations
  • Strive for continuous improvement - you'll seek to add value where possible to improve the end-to-end supporter experience
  • Bring a fresh perspective - you will help to shape key club moments which resonate with our global supporter base
  • Deliver across key touchpoints - you'll assist the Supporter Experience team in delivering best in class touchpoints for supporters and other groups
  • Have a positive impact for stakeholders - you will communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Keep a safety conscious mindset - you'll understand internal protocols and processes, such as Health & Safety and Safeguarding processes in events
  • Provide exceptional customer service - you will provide excellent customer service to those attending matchdays and events

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
