Be the Voice of Fulham FC Women

Fulham Football Club is looking for a confident, energetic and charismatic Matchday Announcer to help create unforgettable experiences for our supporters throughout the Fulham FC Women season.

This is a unique opportunity to become the voice of Fulham FC Women, bringing energy, personality and professionalism to every matchday. From building excitement before kick-off to keeping fans engaged throughout the game, you'll play a central role in delivering an exceptional supporter experience.

Beyond matchdays, you'll also have opportunities to host selected club events and feature in on-camera presenting content, helping to raise the profile of Fulham FC Women across the Club's platforms.

About the role

As Matchday Announcer, you will be responsible for engaging supporters before, during and after Fulham FC Women home fixtures at Motspur Park, as well as selected matches held at Craven Cottage.

Working closely with matchday operations, marketing and wider club teams, you'll help create a vibrant, family-friendly atmosphere that reflects the passion and ambition of Fulham FC Women.

Availability is required for all home fixtures throughout the season, including selected midweek matches. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of one of the fastest-growing areas of the game. You'll play a key role in shaping the matchday experience for our supporters, helping to drive the continued growth and visibility of Fulham FC Women while representing one of football's most historic clubs.

Be the voice. Build the atmosphere. Help create memorable matchdays for Fulham FC Women.

  • Acting as the official Matchday Announcer for all Fulham FC Women home fixtures.
  • Delivering pre-match, in-game, half-time and full-time announcements, including team news, goals, substitutions and key match information.
  • Communicating important safety information, sponsor messaging and club announcements.
  • Hosting supporter activations, competitions, games and quizzes to enhance the fan experience.
  • Conducting pitch-side interviews with supporters and guests where appropriate.
  • Supporting selected Fulham FC events as a host or presenter.
  • Creating and presenting on-camera content for Fulham FC Women and wider Club channels.
  • Contributing ideas that help develop and enhance the overall matchday entertainment experience.

Essential

  • A confident and engaging presenter with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with crowds of different sizes, ages and backgrounds.
  • Able to adapt your style and energy to suit different audiences and moments.
  • Professional, reliable and organised, with the ability to deliver accurate and timely announcements.
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues to deliver an exceptional supporter experience.
  • Available to work all Fulham FC Women home fixtures, including selected evening and midweek matches.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in a matchday announcer, presenter, host, MC or similar live event role.
  • Experience conducting live interviews and audience engagement activities.
  • A passion for football and understanding of the matchday environment.
