About The Venue
OVG is redefining the live event experience at Leicester, bringing innovative hospitality and elevated food and beverage concepts to King Power Stadium. Building on its UK success, OVG delivers fan-first experiences through culinary creativity, local partnerships, and seamless technology integration.
Role Purpose
Join the team at Leicester City Football Club as a Matchday Chef, delivering high quality food in a fast paced, exciting stadium environment. This is a great opportunity for experienced chefs seeking flexible, casual work during matchdays and major events at King Power Stadium.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen or stadium/venue environment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy matchday service
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive team player with a positive and professional attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to a high standard for matchday hospitality and catering outlets
- Supporting kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak periods
- Maintaining strict health, safety, and food hygiene standards
- Assisting with food preparation, stock control, and kitchen organisation
- Working collaboratively with the wider catering and hospitality team
- Contributing to a positive matchday experience at King Power Stadium

- Lead Chef – £24.52 per hour
- Sous Chef – £20.58 per hour
- Chef de Partie – £18.29 per hour
- Food Prep Assistant – £15.56 per hour
Contract type: Casual / Matchday
Location: King Power Stadium, Leicester
Shifts: Flexible, based on home matchdays and stadium events
