For over thirty years we've helped revolutionise the LED market and bring unrivalled expertise, creativity and passion to our projects. We're proud to supply a number of football clubs across League 1 and 2, the Championship and the Premier League, as well as Rugby Union and Rugby League clubs.

We are looking for an experienced freelance Match Day Director to join the Match Day team at ADI's Head Office in delivering a Match Day Programme for LED Screens in Stadia. This role would be ideal for an established vision mixer or show-caller with technical know-how.

Working proactively and collaboratively with colleagues and customers in order to ensure the delivery of a successful end-to-end customer experience, you will complete official matchday testing, ensuring correct playlists are outputting on the LED screens at the allocated times and proactively resolving key operational issues, communicating with clients over comms and escalating any concerns appropriately and in a timely manner.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
