We are looking for an experienced freelance Match Day Director to join the Match Day team at ADI's Head Office in delivering a Match Day Programme for LED Screens in Stadia. This role would be ideal for an established vision mixer or show-caller with technical know-how.
Working proactively and collaboratively with colleagues and customers in order to ensure the delivery of a successful end-to-end customer experience, you will complete official matchday testing, ensuring correct playlists are outputting on the LED screens at the allocated times and proactively resolving key operational issues, communicating with clients over comms and escalating any concerns appropriately and in a timely manner.

If successful, you will be assigned a club and be expected to be available for at least 95% of home matches.
The ability to take control of situations and to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is crucial.

We expect our Freelance Match Day Directors to demonstrate focus, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills. In return, we offer a competitive day rate (subject to IR35), along with a thorough training plan and ongoing support.
Please note this is a Freelance position working only on matchdays as and when required.
